Over the Summer months, I managed to drink so much water. I easily drank 3 litres, sometimes even more on a daily basis. Now it’s the colder months and those fresh glasses of icy water has been replaced by hot chocolates and cups of tea!
Although this is still fluid and not bad for you, it’s just not the same as drinking pure water.
So I figured I would start this 30 day water challenge… but with no end. So hopefully, I will continue for as long as possible. It’s not gonna do any harm (unless you over drink… which will be in the points below).

So what are the rules?
Drink water… that’s it. Has to be plain water. And about 3.7 litres. A day. That’s about 6 and a half pints a day! (But we can break this down, make it more do-able)
Things to Consider
Don’t drink pints and pints consecutively. This can make you feel sick and won’t be good for your kidneys to manage. Minor breakouts in your skin are likely, as it pushes out the toxins (however this is likely to massively improve your skin by week 2) and remember, if you don’t manage to get all 6 and a half pints, don’t force it. Just try again the next day.
Below is a rough timetable or structure you could try and base your day around to make it easier!

This means if I am unable to commit to the day time drinks etc. Then I’ll be able to pick it up throughout the evening! Especially as a pint before bed is really good for you!
